M.A.C Retro Matte – Ruby Woo

Deep, more muted red with strong, blue undertones and a flat, matte finish. It had semi-opaque pigmentation that applied evenly but had a tendency to drag as I tugged it across my lips. The consistency was much firmer and thinner, particularly compared to more recent Retro Mattes, though it was consistent with past iterations I’ve tried of Ruby Woo (notorious for its firmer texture). It lasted for over six hours, left a stain behind, and was drying toward the end for me.
